If you have forgotten your password to log in then you'll need to reset your own password. For security and HIPAA compliance reasons you cannot have an admin reset your password. The most an admin could do is process the Forgot Password reset for you in the same manner.
- Go to the Mobility Route login page and use the Forgot Password option.
- Type in the email associated with your account
- Click "Send Reset Email"
- Check your email and follow the link.
- Supply a new password and hit save.
If you fail to get an email check your spam folder and have your administrator ensure you have the proper email associated with your user and have a valid permission role.
