While Mobility Route integrates with Fleetio in various ways, including the automatic creation, updating, and archiving of employee and/or vehicle records; user passwords do not currently sync between these systems.
However, users can perform password resets on each respective system much like with Mobility Route. Fleetio also offers a "Sign-in with Google" option much like Mobility Route, giving those with Gmail or Google Workspace accounts an easy way to login.

While admins may be able to edit a users password for them, we typically recommend users do this themselves as Mobility Route does not allow admins to change/edit a password. Also, if a Fleetio users is connected to multiple accounts, admins will not be able to edit their password. Admins can initiate a password reset for you by simply entering your login credentials, but the users will still need to use the email sent to finish the reset process.
