When employees/users are first added, their permission role field will show as "Pending" within the Employees List. Once the employee completes the User Activation which is done through an email that is sent to them, then this will show their permission role. After an employee is activated the emails sent for User Activation will no longer work and will not be valid.
If users are unable to login then at this stage they will need to use the Forgot Password option. If they are not yet activated the admin may need to click the Resend Activation button on their profile (or the blue button on the employee listing next to "Pending).
For employees to activate their profile, they will need to review their activation email. They will need to ensure the link is opened in a current version of Google Chrome. They will then be prompted to confirm their Date of Birth. This ensures that if an email was entered incorrectly, the incorrect individual will not be able to activate the user and gain entry to the system. If the user is informed their DOB is incorrect but is sure they entered it correctly, an admin likely needs to double-check that the DOB was entered properly.
